The Lakeland Association of REALTORS® employs five full-time staff members to assist with its members needs. Each team member of the Lakeland Association of REALTORS® is happy to
help any LAR Realtor® and Affiliate Member with their needs, as well as members of the public who may have questions about LAR or its members. A detailed list of our staff is outlined
below, as well as their contact information and a description of each of their responsibilities.

		Ryan J. Tucholski, RCE Association Executive (863) 687-6111 x 240 rtucholski@lakelandrealtors.org Ryan is responsible for the overall operation of the Lakeland Association of REALTORS®. Ryan oversees the staff of the Association, its programs, services, strategic plan and committees while serving as a direct link to the Board of Directors. Ryan is happy to help members with any concerns they may have as well as members of the public regarding Professional Standards Concerns.

		Heather Cook Membership & Office Manager (863) 687-6111 x 240 hcook@lakelandrealtors.org Heather is the go-to person for all of your new and existing member needs. Heather can help you with the membership billing,Supra subscriptions, and MLS subcriptions and issues. Heather also serves as the liaision for the RPAC and Political Affairs Committe. Also, in the absence of the Association Executive, Heather serves as the primary contact as Office Manager.

		Mary Ann Clifford Education & Store Manager (863) 687-6111 x 240 mclifford@lakelandrealtors.org Mary Ann is the first person you will see when you enter the Lakeland Association of REALTORS®. She is happy to help members with their needs in the LAR REALTOR® Store, LAR Educational Offerings, Events, General Membership Meetings as well as the leasing of Supra Products. Mary Ann also serves as the liasion for the Education, Fair Housing, Orientation Committees.

		Melissa Sanchez Executive Assistant to AE (863) 687-6111 x 240 msanchez@lakelandrealtors.org Melissa is responsible for LAR communications such as the Weekly Broadcast, Lakeland REALTOR® Magazine, Advertising, the LAR Website, Weekly Broker Open Emails while serving as the executive assistant to the Association Executive. Melissa also serves as the liasion to the Social, X&Y and Civic Affairs Committees. Melissa is also the first voice you will hear when you call the LAR office.

		Cheryl Vincent Financial Services Coordinator (863) 687-6111 x 240 cvinvent@lakelandrealtors.org As Financial Services Coordinator, Cheryl is the bookeeper for the Association. Cheryl is also responsible for the facilities management, professional standards processes, newsletter billings and works with the Membership Manager to ensure correct billings and collections. Cheryl also serves as the liasion for the Finance, Professional Standards, Grievance and Commercial Industrial Committee.
